Informing a person that they have bad breath can be a difficult situation to be in. If the person is a close friend or a relative, then this can sometimes ease the difficulty a little.

There are certain sites on the internet whereby this can be undertaken.  These sites are designed to allow you to give across the message to the person in question whilst remaining anonymous.  The recipient will never know who has sent the friendly bad breath alert.  It is important to rectify a situation such as this, without pushing the person away, as it can be hurtful for some people to receive such information from a friend, work colleague, a school friend etc.

Another elaborate way to inform someone, is to maybe send them a dental hygiene pack through the post, again anonymously.  You could include in the pack, a toothbrush, toothpaste, dental floss, mouthwash etc. Of course, you would only do this if it was a member of the family or a close friend, as you have the initial cost of the dental hygiene pack to lay out.

It really is never easy informing someone that they have halitosis, therefore by doing it the anonymous way, you are saving yourself, as well as the person in question, the embarrassment.  And once the individual has received such a message, it is certain that they will undergo anything to eliminate the odor that they have in their mouth.
